TL;DR
- Platform fee
- $50/mo after your MVP launches. Covers hosting + 1 fix/mo.
- Scope freeze
- MVP scope locked at kickoff. New features = per-request charge.
- Kill switch
- 90 days unpaid → agreement terminates. We keep the code.
- IP
- ZeroEn retains code ownership. You license the live site via active subscription.
- Liability
- ZeroEn's liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
- Portfolio rights
- We always retain the right to showcase this work.
