Milestone-based. First charge is collected at kickoff per the milestone schedule in the signed proposal. Retainer charges (if applicable) are made monthly from the retainer start date.

Service is provided following contract conclusion and first milestone payment. Starter tier: approximately 14 business days. Growth tier: 21–28 business days. MVP / SaaS Build: 6–8 weeks. Exact timeline confirmed in the signed proposal.

Milestone refund policy: Kickoff milestone (first payment): 50% refund if cancelled before work begins, non-refundable after work begins. Subsequent milestones: non-refundable once the relevant milestone deliverable has been approved. Final milestone: non-refundable. Retainer cancellation: 30 days written notice required. No minimum term. Code ownership: Transfers to client upon final milestone payment.
